Essential Views of Project and Program Success

This presentation was for a multi-day workshop on applying the Essential Views needed to increase the probability of program success, developed for the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA), a nonprofit corporation operating three Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs) that provide objective, high-quality analysis on U.S. security and science policy challenges.

Its core mission is to assist the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies by providing evidence-based research, particularly in areas requiring deep scientific, technical, and operational expertise.
